My first visit to the clinic and meeting Vivian was wonderful! It’s always nerve racking when you are getting a new treatment and Vivian was so welcoming and friendly. She explained the treatment and what to expect so thoroughly I knew I was in great hands! The aftercare information was explained and also given to me to take away to refer to if needed, so I felt very looked after. I can’t wait to see the long term affects of the treatment and to see Vivian again for more! Also the clinic is beautiful and feels very calm. I loved it!

I can not recommend Pivy’s enough. I have been getting my lashes and eyebrows done for a few years with Vy and they are seriously the best. They are always so light and fluffy and they suit my eyes.
