Wow what an amazing lady! Mandy thank you so so much! I was so lucky to run into your business running late for a party, it was at closing time i to ask to buy some brow tint for a party i had that same night brows a mess, mandi looked at me and told me to sit, she was closing up counting her till when she kindly saved me with her amazing threading skills and some tint! Thank you Mandy you’re amazing ! You saved my day! And saved me so much time trying to do my own brows! I’ll be back for sure! Xxx

very unprofessional, ruined my eyebrows, one is smaller than the other and also completely different shapes. she refused to fix the eyebrows that she had ruined. said that's all i can do. took multiple people in at one with only 1 staff and seemed overly rushed. would never recommend this place

I had my eyebrows and chin threaded, my eyebrows & chin was not wiped down prior to service I had a major infection which resulted in itchy blistering I have gone through hell with pain and inflammation I reported it to the staff and also wrote a email it has been 48hrs and not a single response back I'm so angry I also work in the centre and she said I have to be kind in my complaint hello lady I have to take a full course of antibiotics. as where I had threading dirt has entered the hair follicles and that's what has caused the site to be infected the woman who did it will not take any responsibility and was so rude saying it was basically my fault omg so unprofessional I would not recommend this salon at all save yourself the heartache and tears very unprofessional most of all disappointed at the attitude I received from the lady who did the service I told her I was going to write a review she blaintly added if I was to do so which I have every right to that nothing was going to be done about my complaint I'm furious how dare she threaten this I have every right to notify people so they do not go through the pain and suffering and embarrassment of having noticeable blisters on there face which needs antibiotics to heal the infection DONT EVER GO HERE!

I would give 0 stars if this was possible. Not only did we have to wait to come back which was fine, we were happy to. Came back at the recommended time and she starts on someone who just walks in. Ok that’s fine, we waited. As she was doing my eye brows more customers came in and sat down. So she seemed rushed to get more people in and out. Not only did she make both my eyebrows different shapes but also was extremely rude about the matter. I spoke to her about one being different and she said that’s all I can do. I’ve got customers waiting. Yet she didn’t want to fix the error she had made. Would highly recommend you to avoid this place like the plague!.

i beg you please avoid this place. completely ruined my eyebrows before a big event. i am in tears. she said oh thats the best i can do" did not want to fix them. took walk ins as i had an appointment made me wait after all those other walk ins. very rude and arrogant attitude."

every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend Classic Threading.

I love my brows! I was so nervous as I hadn't been here before or had threading done before, I will definitely be back to see the same lady. I didn't get her name, but she was so nice and very reassuring and clearly very skilled.

I have used this service for many more hair and facial services. Among most I prefer classic threading as best service provider in Perth. It is reli best of best with experienced staff.

The lady doing it on me was very rough and just rushing the whole thing and the outcome of my eyebrows were not to my standards as she threaded them very thin and and did not even give me a trim.
